Phillis is the Executive Producer of the Eurovision Children’s Documentary Series (EBU/European Broadcasting Union) where she has been responsible for the production of films from Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Switzerland.

Phillis runs training seminars at home and abroad on documentary filmmaking, reporting, storytelling, research, programme planning, scripting and presenting.

Phillis Fermer is a certified mediator committed to dispute resolution as a neutral third party. As a professional mediator, she facilitates interaction between the concerned parties and ensures open communication. She has experience in mediating disputes in various domains, from the workplace to family matters. The process is handled confidentially. The goal is always to help the parties reach an agreement.
